Price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which will have your order tracking information and contact details. Society’s Outcasts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Our international deliveries are made via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. After any fail delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest courier depot.
Items will be kept at the collection point for five working days to allow you to collect the order. If no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to the Society’s Outcasts. If Customer Services then receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five working days, the payment will be refunded minus any delivery charge and the return delivery charge.
We strongly recommend that you return items using a DHL registered post service with compensation cover and obtain a certificate of posting for your record as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us. Society’s Outcasts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different colour/size of the same item. Please place a new order for new item and return the original item for a refund.
